Job Description

• Responsible in the design, implementation, on-going maintenance and support of web applications.
• Extract and transform data from data lake.
• Collaborate with external researchers to use data and platform.
• Maintain and support the hardware/software in the data collaboration platform.
• 7x24 technical support for critical systems.

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above in computer subjects or related disciplines.
• At least 6 years or above hands‑on experience in IT.
• Solid experience in SQL and RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL); Windows/Linux server administration and software installation; Docker, podman and kubernetes or Application/API development in Java and React.
• Desirable experience in Informatica DEI/DES, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Hbase, ODC development / vendor management, CI/CD, Quality Assurance or AI / Machine Learning etc.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and independent.
• Good data domain skill for Clinical Data is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese.
