Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks a capable IT professional to participate in the full system development lifecycle, from feasibility study to deployment, data conversion, and system migration.

You will monitor schedules, liaise with users and vendors, produce documentation, and provide on-site support. You will apply Java-based development skills, knowledge of Java EE, HTML, and web programming, with experience in project management and government projects, supported by strong

Qualifications

Degree in computer subjects or related disciplines.
Hands-on experience in web-based application development with Java programming.
Good knowledge of Java Enterprise Edition, web programming and HTML.
Experience in project management.
Experienced in Government Project.
Good communication skills and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in system development lifecycle (SDLC) activities from feasibility study to deployment.
Monitor project schedule and quality of deliverables.
Liaise with users, vendors and operators on requirements.
Collect requirements, develop and debug IT systems.
Produce and maintain system documentation.
Provide on-site IT support and helpdesk assistance to users.
Offer technical advice for IT systems and assist in IT security risk assessment and audit.
