Systems Analyst (.Net)

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team for web application development and project implementation for Commercial and Government clients
• Responsible of user requirement gathering, architectural and system design, documentation, and SDLC schedule and quality of the technical team
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to maintenance team
• Engage in presales activities, e.g. effort estimation, technical solutions, etc.
• Develop web applications using .NET Framework: C#, Entity Framework, ADO.Net, MS SQL Database, MVC, MVVM, JQuery, Bootstrap, and .Net Core
• Collaborate with project managers, business analyst, system analyst and quality assurance to implement and develop system/application for internal and external clients
• Conduct development and system integration test to ensure quality of system integration
• Able to analysis, prepare technical specification and identify possible problems and solution during project cycles
• Provide support during system assurance test, user acceptance test and system implementation

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent.
• With at least 2 years or above of working experience in C# .NET implementation and MS SQL
• Hands on knowledge of creating API exchange to exchange data
• Project experience in Intranet, DMS and/or workflow is a plus
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated and well-organized in handling project tasks
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
