Candidates with less experience will be consider as Analyst Programmer.

Responsibilities

• In-house system development, implementation and testing
• Plan, monitor and manage all phases of the System Development Life Cycle
• Design and perform system analysis to convert business requirements into technical specifications for the detailed system development
• Acts as the project leader and mentor to provide guidance and advise in the project team
• Study project feasibility according to user requirements and recommend solution options
• Monitor the project plan and system specifications to ensure the deliverable will meet the business needs and user requirements
• Communicate effectively with the project team members, system users and outside parties about the project progresses and schedule
• To perform user training and compile technical manuals documentation for application systems

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or any relevant disciplines or related discipline
• 6-8 years relevant working experience in system development
• Experienced in Enterprise system development is a definite advantage
• Solid Web-based system development experience with Visual Studio 2008/2010, Team Foundation Server, .Net Framework, C#, ASP.Net, DHTML, XML, AJAX, MS SQL Server and Crystal report
• Strong supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills who can interact with people at different level and different culture
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible, detail-oriented, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of both written and spoken English
