Job summary

Oracle in Hong Kong is hiring a System Support Engineer with hands-on Linux experience who will grow into cloud and enterprise technologies. You will support enterprise IT infrastructure, servers and databases, and participate in cloud migration projects.

You will develop expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Database while collaborating closely with customers and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Linux system administration, infrastructure or technical support.
• Good knowledge of Linux troubleshooting, system configuration and basic networking.
• Basic understanding of databases or SQL is an advantage.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure or GCP) or scripting is a plus.
• No Oracle experience or DBA background required!
