Job summary

APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking a System Integrator Project Engineer/T&C Engineer to perform system integration verification, interface testing and end-to-end Testing & Commissioning across multiple systems.

The role involves preparing and maintaining project documentation, coordinating interfaces between vendors and stakeholders, and troubleshooting issues during design, installation, testing and commissioning to ensure seamless integration and adherence to safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge/Experience in large-scale infrastructure, airport, transportation, industrial, or smart building or mission-critical projects will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving and root cause investigation skills
• Good presentation, communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively under a tight schedule and dynamic site-based environment
• Familiarity with systems engineering processes, testing methodologies, verification and validation activities and commissioning procedures.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, structured cabling and network infrastructure
• Knowledge in SCADA Systems/ Building Management Systems (BMS)/ CCTV Systems/ Access Control Systems (ACS)/ Public Address System (PAS)/ ICT Infrastructure and Network/ Cybersecurity Principles/ Industrial Communication Protocols (e.g. Modbus, Bacnet, OPC UA, MQTT)/ Integration Platforms and Middleware/ OT/IT Convergence Solutions

Responsibilities

• Perform system integration verification, interface testing and end-to-end Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities across multiple systems.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including Interface Matrix, Interface Register, Test Plans, Test Procedures, Method Statements, Test Reports, Installation Control Documents and Cable Running Sheets (CRS) etc
• Coordinate and manage interfaces between multiple systems, vendors, contractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve system integration, interface and engineering issues during design, installation, testing and commissioning phases.
• Propose and implement technical solutions to address interface conflicts, system performance issues, and operational requirements.
• Ensure proper configuration and integration of equipment, devices and subsystems onsite.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Installation & Checkout Test, System Integration Test (SIT) and System Acceptance Test (SAT), where applicable
• Monitor, track and report project progress, testing status, installation activities and issue resolution to project stakeholders
• Maintain and update interface issue logs, engineering issue registers, testing records etc
• Coordinate large-scale testing activities, site works, technical meetings, inspections and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, quality standards and contractual obligation throughout project execution
