Gammon Construction Limited is seeking a System Integration Manager to lead the integration of civil, architectural, building services, and E&M systems for a major project in Hong Kong. You will ensure smooth coordination between contractors and successful delivery of all system interfaces.

You will oversee planning, testing, risk management, and progress reporting across design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning phases.

Competenze

• Degree in related Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
• 8+ years in system integration and large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil, building services and E&M systems.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• MTR project experience is preferred.

• Coordinate with contractors to ensure compatibility and functional integration;
• Develop and implement the System Integration Plan (organization, strategy, testing, reporting);
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates;
• Oversee integration activities through all project phases: design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning;
• Conduct systemwide tests and ensure compliance with performance requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in related Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent;
• At least 8 years’ of experience in system integration and large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred;
• Strong knowledge of civil, building services, and E&M systems;
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;
• With MTR project reference is preferrable.
