Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Node.js System Analyst to join our development team in the APAC region. The successful candidate will lead a small team of 3-4 developers, drive hands-on application development, system analysis, deployment, and technical leadership to deliver technical delivery ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development or system analysis.
• Strong Node.js and full-stack development experience.
• Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js or similar frontend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, databases and integration.
• Experience deploying applications and production release processes.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small dev team (3-4).
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 developers in delivery.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js.
• Develop backend services, REST APIs and integrations, as well as frontend applications.
• Take ownership of application deployment, release management and production support.
• Manage and support deployment across development, UAT and production environments.
• Work closely with DevOps / infrastructure teams on CI/CD pipelines, server/cloud environments and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Perform code reviews and ensure development standards, security and coding best practices.
• Work with project managers, business users and technical teams across APAC projects.
• Participate in the full SDLC from requirements gathering, system design and development through to deployment and production support.

Role Overview
