Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in building large-scale applications.
• Proficiency in C# and Python and their libraries.
• Extensive knowledge of React is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MSSQL and PostgreSQL; MySQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with Angular and Vue.js is a plus.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Scrum/Agile, DevOps/CI/CD).
• Experience with AI development tools such as transformers, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and FastAPI is advantageous.
• Proven track record as a technical team leader.
• Strong SQL data manipulation skills.

We are offering a new experience for candidates who are passionate in AI application development with the experience of prompt engineering and Python. In this role, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge AI applications and automated solutions for software processes, leveraging the power of GPT models.

Cross team collaboration with the Team Leaders and software developers to develop, support and roll out application systems

High involvement on understanding customers’ requirement, providing system design and insight on application performance management issues

Defining and establishing the technology, standards and processes for logging and monitoring

Conducting code reviews, documenting and providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices

Mentoring and guiding junior team members and encouraging the adoption of industry best practices

Prompt engineering to craft and fine-tune prompts to achieve desired outputs from the GPT models

Write clean, modular code in C# and Python

Build and maintain client relationships

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related fields.

Minimum 4 years of experience in building large-scale applications

Proficiency in multiple back-end language (C#, Python) and their libraries

Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with React is mandatory

Proficiency in MSSQL and PostgreSQL

Knowledge in Angular and Vue.js is a plus

Knowledge in MySQL is a plus

Knowledge in development life cycle (like Scrum or Agile, DevOps / CICD)

Familiarity with AI development, such as transformers, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and FastAPI will be an advantage
