• Lead design discussions and requirements analysis to ensure seamless alignment between business processes, data integrity, and system flows.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Architects to distill vague business problems into clear, actionable technical roadmaps.
• Act as a strategic advisor, articulating end-to-end impacts and design tradeoffs to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Oversee system configurations and high-quality implementations while championing best practices in data governance and process efficiency.
• Drive the testing lifecycle and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions are "fit for purpose"; serve as the final point of escalation for complex domain incidents.
• Influence the enterprise technology roadmap by identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation.

Skills & Experiences Required

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience as a Systems Analyst, with proven experience in Retail or Supply Chain is highly preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with CBX Software or similar sourcing/PLM applications with deep understanding of system design, data modeling, and integration methodologies.
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese.
