Job summary

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system development or enterprise solution support.

• Experience with web-based applications, UX/UI awareness, and testing.
• Familiar with Scrum, Agile DevOps and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, frontend/backend separation, and microservices.
• Experience with AI-driven development platforms is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin.

We are looking for a talented System Analyst to lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into innovative, scalable technology solutions. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of system development and enhancement projects, partnering with business users, IT teams, and vendors to deliver high-quality, secure, and compliant applications. The successful candidate will leverage AI-enabled development practices to support solution design, testing, and delivery, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards, and governance requirements. The role also drives quality assurance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, user training, and continuous system improvement through expert technical support and project leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

System Analysis & Design

Lead business requirement analysis and convert needs into technical specifications and system designs

Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements or integrations for better efficiency

Project Coordination & Delivery

Plan and oversee system development and enhancement projects to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes

Work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to align technical solutions with business goals

Prepare and maintain essential project documentation such as requirements, designs, and test plans

Application Development & Support

Participate in system development, configuration, and testing activities

Ensure compliance with company development standards, security, and data governance

Provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and implement preventive solutions

AI-Enabled Solution Delivery

Translate business requirements into structured specifications and user stories to support AI-assisted solution design, development, and testing.

Evaluate, review, and integrate AI-generated code, test cases, and documentation to ensure alignment with business, technical, and security requirements.

Quality Assurance & Risk Management

Define and manage testing processes including integration, performance, and user acceptance testing

Ensure all applications meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements

Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a key link between users, developers, and management to ensure clear communication

Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and user training sessions

Deliver project updates, reports, and post-implementation reviews

REQUIREMENTS

University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or Degree holder in Computing related subjects

Minimum 5 years of experience in system development, application implementation, or enterprise solution support

Technical oriented with strong business acumen; hands-on experience working with both business and technical teams

Solid experience in web-based application implementation, optimization, testing and knowledge of UXUI design principles

Familiar with Scrum, Agile Development, DevOps and Jenkins

Understanding of modern software application concepts (REST APIs, JSON structures, frontend/backend separation, microservice architectures) to effectively review, debug, and connect AI-generated assets into full solutions.

Experience in AI-driven development platforms, spec-kit frameworks (is a plus), and structured prompt design for software generation will be an advantage

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Good communication skills; proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior System Analyst
