Job summary

HKBN is seeking a System Administrator (Network Project focus) to maintain and advance our GIS application environment in Hong Kong. You will act as the application administrator and ensure secure, efficient operation.

You will collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team and vendors to set up and maintain server and client environments, and provide end-user training. Applicants should have a diploma or above in computer science or engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and a

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Computer Science/Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in data management or application administration or software development.
• Able to work independently and eager to learn different IT technology like Azure, Oracle Database, .NET, Java, Web, GIS and python
• Good command of English, good communication skill
• Knowledge on Oracle database, SQL query and Azure Windows server
• Understanding of fibre network or software programming is highly preferred
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant IT System Administrator
