Job summary

Qualifications

Experience leading complex sustainability programmes and teams.
Knowledge of corporate sustainability strategy, governance and reporting.
Strong project and people management with ability to handle competing priorities.
Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the Head of Sustainable Development in developing the group strategy and annual priorities.
Lead the team and oversee delivery across sustainability programmes and reporting.
Manage production of Sustainability Report and content in Annual Reports.
Oversee data, methodologies and controls for reliable reporting.
Coordinate materials for committees and board reporting.
Oversee ESG ratings and external stakeholder requests.
Manage the Sustainable Development Fund including governance and reporting.
Oversee departmental resources, budget and external providers.
Monitor policy developments and coordinate group-wide responses.
