Hang Lung Properties Limited is seeking a high-caliber Senior Sustainability Leader to shape and drive the Group's sustainability agenda across HK and Mainland China. You will steer governance, disclosures, ESG ratings and data analytics with cross-functional teams, ensuring value creation through responsible business practices.

Ideal candidates bring 20+ years in corporate sustainability, strong regulatory knowledge, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Business, Finance, Engineering.
• 20+ years of work experience with corporate sustainability or sustainability consulting, including strategy development and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of HKEX, GRI, IFRS, SASB, and ESG ratings (CDP, FTSE4Good, GRESB, Hang Seng, MSCI, S&P, Sustainalytics).
• Financial and/or technology background is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, self-motivated with strong business acumen and sustainability impact focus.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin; Cantonese a plus.
• Willing to travel to Mainland China at least twice a year.
• Committed to leadership development and a collaborative team culture.

Responsabilités

• Support formulation and execution of Group-wide sustainability strategies.
• Lead governance, reporting, ESG ratings, and data management efforts.
• Oversee sustainability reporting strategy and annual disclosures; monitor trends.
• Drive ESG ratings benchmarking and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Lead financial analyses related to sustainability expenditures and disclosures.
• Improve collection and communication of ESG data across the Group.
• Advance diversity and inclusion initiatives with other departments.
• Assist budget planning, management briefings, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor external developments to enhance sustainability strategy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
