Job summary

The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Sustainability (Fixed-Term Contract) to lead sustainability reporting and data management from the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Department in Hong Kong.

You will coordinate the annual sustainability report, manage data collection, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure accurate reporting and strong ESG performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in sustainability or related field.
• Experience coordinating sustainability reporting.
• Knowledge of HKEX ESG Code, GRI and ISSB.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong written communication and data management.
• Hospitality or luxury/publicly listed company experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and publication of the Group’s Annual Sustainability Report.
• Manage sustainability data collection and support external assurance processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for reporting activities.
• Support evaluation of sustainability data management platforms for ESG reporting.
• Coordinate RFP processes for sustainability solutions.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards to monitor ESG performance.
• Track KPIs and ESG initiatives.
