Qualifications

• Chartership with relevant professional institutions is preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience for Assistant Engineer/ Consultant and 6 years for Engineer/ Consultant.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Lead or support projects execution across the climate & sustainability spectrum.
• Deliver green building certification (e.g. BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL).
• Tackle non-standard challenges from first principles.
