Job summary

FRITES - Belgium on Tap in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, is seeking an energetic Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations and maintain our Belgian beerhouse standards. You will follow instructions from the Restaurant Manager, delegate to the team, and ensure smooth service with attention to detail.

With a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, you will train and guide junior staff, uphold cleanliness, and contribute to an outstanding guest experience through strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the same role.
• Strong leadership and teamwork.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good wine and bar knowledge preferred.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese & Mandarin a plus.
