Job summary

Louis Vuitton Hong Kong is seeking a passionate styling professional to support our retail team with on-the-floor styling advice and to complete the Louis Vuitton silhouette.

You will partner with Merchandising and Retail Learning & Development to identify training needs, deliver engaging training on fashion trends, and provide on-site styling support during exclusive events.

A deep knowledge of fashion, fluency in English and Mandarin, and experience in luxury RTW sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in RTW sales, merchandising and styling luxury brands.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident in sharing styling conviction.

Responsibilities

• Support the retail team in delivering genuine client experience through on-the-floor styling.
• Partner with Merchandising and Retail Learning & Development to identify training needs.
• Deliver engaging, interactive training on fashion trends and styling methods.
• Understand client base unique to each store to be a partner to the retail team.
• Provide on-site styling support during exclusive events.
• Share trend updates and maintain market knowledge for the team.
• Disseminate best practices and inspirational stories across stores.
• Act as ambassador for Vuitton products and design inspiration.
• Support outside and in-store events.

Profile

• Passion in Louis Vuitton, deep knowledge of the fashion industry and strong in mix and match
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident in sharing conviction Agile, detailed-oriented and a team-player
• Strong business acumen
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Experience in RTW sales, Merchandising, Styling of luxury high-end brands is preferred
