Job summary

TÜV Rheinland Group in Hong Kong invites motivated students and early-career professionals for internship/part-time roles in our Products unit. You will support staff with administrative tasks, prepare reports and presentations, and assist with basic technical tasks under supervision.

Strong learning attitude and good English/Chinese communication are a must. We offer a dynamic, international environment and opportunities to develop in safety, quality, and compliance while balancing study

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Science / Chemistry / Electrical / Electronics / Physics or related disciplines.
• Interns or part-timers are welcome;4 days per week preferred for part-timers.
• Good communication and writing skills in English and Chinese; short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff/ project teams with organizational and administrative tasks e.g. scheduling meetings, booking rooms etc.
• Use business software applications (e.g. word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to create/ prepare reports, presentations or other documents directed by a superior.
• Completes less complex technical tasks under supervision according to the related field of study.
• Other duties as assigned.
