Job summary

TÜV Rheinland Group in Hong Kong is seeking motivated students for internship or part-time roles in the Products business unit. You will assist staff and project teams on organisational tasks and help prepare reports and documents, while gaining exposure to safety, quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Science / Chemistry / Electrical / Electronics / Physics or related disciplines.
• Internship or part-time applicants are welcome.
• Willing to learn and good communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assists staff/ project teams with organisational and administrative tasks e.g. scheduling meetings, booking rooms.
• Uses business software to create/prepare reports, presentations or other documents directed by a superior.
• Completes less complex technical tasks under supervision according to the related field of study.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Prefer to work for at lease 4 days per week for part-timers

• Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese
