Job summary

KOS International Limited seeks an experienced University & Education Advisor to support a high-net-worth family in Hong Kong. You will shape the student’s academic journey, university prep strategy, and personal development roadmap with close collaboration among tutors and family stakeholders.

You will assess abilities, guide A-Level planning, and coordinate admissions strategies across HK and Mainland China, building trust with teenagers and parents while delivering regular progress updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above from a globally recognized university.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in education, university counselling, or academic leadership.
• Strong knowledge of A-Level curriculum and examination systems.
• Extensive understanding of Hong Kong and Mainland China university admissions.
• Proven experience advising students on higher education pathways.
• Ability to build trust with teenagers and parents.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple tutors or educational resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a personalised academic and university admissions roadmap for an international school student.
• Assess strengths, interests, and aspirations; guide A-Level subject selection and academic planning.
• Advise on university opportunities and admissions strategies across HK and Mainland China.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and tutoring; help build study habits and exam preparation.
• Lead and coordinate internal/external tutors; monitor progress and provide regular updates to the family.
