Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Support Officer in Hong Kong to help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of a school. You will handle opening/closing, arming and disarming the alarm system, and assist with resets of electrical trips and fire alarms as needed.

You will accompany MOE term contractors for inspections and maintenance, provide logistical support for school events, perform cleaning of special rooms, and cover duties for other OPS officers as directed by the Operations

Responsibilities

• School opening and closing of the school; requires arm and disarm of school’s alarm system
• Reset electrical trips during power outage (OJT will be provided)
• Reset fire alarm (OJT will be provided)
• Accompany MOE term contractors for inspections and maintenance/repair works
• Provide logistical support for school events and functions
• General cleaning for special rooms
• Cover duties for other Operations Support Officers and when directed by OM
