Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a site engineer to oversee daily civil engineering works on our construction projects in Hong Kong. You will oversee site progress, conduct inspections, and perform quality testing to ensure workmanship meets specifications.

The role requires a Higher Diploma or above in Civil/Structural Engineering, 0–5 years of site experience, and strong communication skills in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• 0–5 years site experience preferred, preferably with a main contractor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site progress, conduct inspections, and perform quality testing for civil engineering works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure site operations are executed efficiently and in full compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate work records, prepare technical submissions, and handle all necessary permit applications.
• Supervise and verify the quality of all building and structural works installations.
