Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Insurance, Bancassurance, Private Banks or International Brokers in HNW/UHNW wealth management.
• Specialization in strategy, products, propositions or partnerships.
• Expertise in life insurance, HNW wealth protection, legacy planning, cross-border structures.
• Knowledge of HNW wealth insurance product mechanics and pricing.
• Markets exposure to China, HK, Singapore, Bermuda advantageous.
• Proven project leadership and cross-functional execution.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of wealth business strategies and growth targeting HNW/UHNW and private banking clients.
• Develop and monitor wealth growth strategy, KPIs, and market assessments.
• Lead cross-border market expansion, licensing, entity establishment, and readiness.
• Act as project lead, governance, and steer senior leadership across multiple markets.
• Design cross-border referral capabilities with partners to scale operating models and governance.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance and Actuarial to improve performance and incentives.
• Coordinate regulatory engagement and governance across jurisdictions, support reporting.

As the business accelerates its presence in the Wealth Management space, it is seeking a strategic professional to shape Wealth Management growth, enhance market performance, oversee cross-border initiatives, and support international expansion in key growth markets.

The Key Responsibilities For This Position Are As Follows

• Take lead as an individual contributor within a team of seasoned Strategy & Transformation professionals to drive the design and execution of priorities across the Wealth business strategies and business growth, targeting HNW / UHNW / Private Banking customer segment for legacy planning, protection solutions, and wealth transfer.
• Develop and execute the Wealth growth strategy, establish key performance metrics, monitor business performance, and conduct ongoing market assessments to identify strategic opportunities across priority markets.
• Lead market expansion initiatives, including opportunity evaluation, market entry planning, licensing requirements, entity establishment, and operational readiness across international jurisdictions.
• Serve as a project lead when driving execution of strategic initiatives, overseeing programme governance, and coordinating senior leadership engagement through steering committees and management forums across multiple markets.
• Design and implement cross-border referral capabilities, partnering with distribution, product, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to establish scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and quality assurance processes.
• Partner closely with Product Development, Marketing, Finance and Actuarial teams to enhance commercial performance, optimize capital deployment, strengthen product economics, and refine incentive structures across the region.
• Coordinate regulatory engagement and governance activities across multiple jurisdictions, supporting management reporting, stakeholder communications, and regulatory submissions as required.

Successful Applicants Will Have The Following Skills And Experience

• Minimum 10+ years relevant experience in Insurance, Bancassurance, Private Banks or International Brokers specializing in HNW / UHNW, Wealth Management segment
• Specialization in strategy, products, propositions and / or partnership business development and engagement
• Expertise in life insurance, HNW wealth protection, legacy planning and cross-border structures
• Good knowledge of HNW / wealth insurance product mechanics, pricing advantage, operating models, customer needs
• Markets exposure to China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bermuda would be advantageous
• Demonstrated expertise in project leadership, strategic planning and cross-functional execution
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
