• 8+ years of experience in internal/external audit within banking or financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, internal controls and risk management.
• Excellent report writing and bilingual communication skills (English and Chinese).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement audit plans aligned with the Bank’s strategy to drive audit excellence.
• Perform audits across business units covering planning, risk assessment, fieldwork and reporting.
• Provide recommendations on observations and monitor remediation actions.
• Maintain internal audit policies, perform periodic reviews and document work per policy.
• Manage relationships with related business and support units.
• Assist in preparing Audit Committee updates for key observations and controls.
