Chong Hing Bank Limited is seeking a VP/AVP in Internal Audit to architect and execute audit plans that align with the bank's strategy. The role emphasizes driving audit excellence across multiple business units and risk domains.

You will lead planning, risk assessment, fieldwork and reporting to assess internal controls, propose practical remediation, and support the Audit Committee with updates for senior management. Occasional Mainland travel may be required.

Formación

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines.
• CPA, CFA or FRM professional qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in internal/external audit for banking or financial institutions.
• Sound knowledge of banking operations, internal control and risk management.
• Strong report writing and bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement audit plans aligned with the bank’s strategy to drive audit excellence.
• Perform audits across business and operations units, including planning, risk assessment, fieldwork and reporting.
• Provide actionable recommendations and monitor remedial actions.
• Establish and maintain internal audit policies, conduct regular and thematic reviews.
• Prepare Audit Committee updates and liaise with senior management; travel to Mainland when required.
