The role translates priorities into executable plans, strengthens governance and delivery discipline, and provides senior leaders with clear insights for decision making in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in major consulting firms; 1-2 years in life insurance or agency distribution.
• Experience supporting transformation initiatives from planning to value realization.
• Strong strategic and analytical abilities; ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Proven project management discipline with milestone tracking and risk escalation.
• Excellent executive communication; capable of senior-ready presentations and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support Market PICs and owners in implementing Agency 2.0 priorities with clear milestones.
• Provide strategic, analytical and PM support to accelerate program rollout and value.
• Create executive-level insights, presentations, and decision materials for leadership forums.
• Strengthen governance and delivery discipline by tracking progress and dependencies.
• Deliver dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decisions and risk identification.
