Overview

An opportunity to join Manulife’s Asia Regional Distribution team, playing a critical role in shaping and executing the overall strategy within a fit‑for‑purpose governance framework. This role involves defining short‑ and medium‑term transformation initiatives and driving longer‑term competitive advantage. You will work closely with the Asia Chief Distribution Officer and the Head of Asia Distribution Strategy, with a large scope for impact and change.

Position Responsibilities

• Contribute to the shaping and execution of the Asia Distribution Strategy as required
• Support Distribution Governance functions on ongoing or ad‑hoc endeavors
• Support Business Units on specific strategic initiatives as needed
• Lead multiple strategic projects and initiatives across the Regional Distribution portfolio, driving innovation and transformation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective end‑to‑end delivery

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in business strategy, able to distill key issues in uncertain environments and link to actionable changes
• Experience conceiving and executing end‑to‑end digital transformation that creates tangible value; familiarity with agile organizational models
• Deep understanding of where and how value is created, focused on impact rather than plans
