Testing Site - JPMC in Hong Kong is seeking a Regulatory Control Lead within Asset and Wealth Management to proactively identify regulatory engagements affecting the business and assess scope, impact, and exposure. The role focuses on implementing robust preventative controls, best practices, and continuous improvement across the control management function.

You will lead engagements, coordinate fieldwork and management responses, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across 1st and 2nd Lines

Formación

• Minimum of six years of relevant experience in regulatory, financial services, or risk areas.
• Familiarity with AI, Large Language Models, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong project or program management with organizational skills.
• Inquisitive mindset with proactive problem solving.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to tailor messaging.
• Ability to influence within a complex, multi-stakeholder organization.
• High accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Be the Strategic Regulatory Partner for AWM Asia, advising on regulatory matters and emerging issues.
• Shape and enhance the regulatory engagement model, including commitments, issue management, and lessons learned.
• Deliver timely reporting on engagements, issues, priorities, and commitments for transparency.
• Lead regulatory engagement phases, review submissions, and guide stakeholders.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across 1st/2nd Lines of Defense and legal entities.
• Champion issue management through escalation and timely resolution with impacted teams.
• Prepare and empower stakeholders with deep dives, guidance, and prep sessions.
• Drive consistency across cross‑business engagements with calibrated processes.
• Support innovation and change through strategic initiatives with Control Management teams.
