Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of senior management experience in large-scale corporations.
• Proven track record in project/operations management or audit/advisory.
• Strong familiarity with HK and Mainland China business landscapes; Mainland experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality; travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Leadership: Spearhead strategic initiatives across the Group, including new business development, supply chain optimization, and asset investment projects.
• Operational Excellence: Review workflows, identify risks, and implement optimization to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central liaison to synchronize efforts between business units in HK and Mainland China.
• Stakeholder & Government Relations: Represent the Group with industry associations and government bodies, cultivating relationships to elevate presence.
• Executive Support: Provide high-level analytical support to senior leadership and monitor board directives.
