Job summary

SMRT Corporation Ltd is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive to support strategic planning, project management and operational initiatives within the Vehicle Leasing business. This role provides exposure to strategy, project management, business analysis, reporting and risk management to drive data-informed decision-making.

The position involves preparing strategy papers, dashboards, and management reports for senior leadership, coordinating stakeholders, and providing administrative support

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in business-related field.
• Experience in strategy, corporate planning or business planning is advantageous.
• Familiarity with transportation or mobility industry is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare strategy papers, performance reports and management presentations for senior management.
• Support development and implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Assist in annual workplans, budgets and cross-segment strategies.
• Conduct industry benchmarking, market research and competitor analysis.
• Lead projects from planning through delivery and monitor milestones.
• Develop dashboards and governance reports to monitor KPIs.
