Job summary

GF Securities (Hong Kong) is seeking a motivated Project Manager / Business Analyst to join the Project Management and Business Solution Team. The role entails delivery, business and data analysis, and governance support across front, middle, and back office stakeholders.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project delivery, requirement gathering, data modelling, BRD/FRS preparation, and support for SIT/UAT and rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Around 5 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, system implementation, or related roles.
• Background in securities firms, consulting firms, internet technology companies, or financial technology organizations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Experience supporting PMO, budgeting, governance, or departmental administration functions.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technology projects from initiation, planning, requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and production rollout.
• Participate in the planning, solution design, development, and implementation of front, middle, and back office systems supporting Global Markets business(FICC, Equities Derivatives, Institutional Equity, etc.)
• Lead project coordination among business users, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Drive project governance activities, including steering committee materials, status reporting, and management presentations.
