TradeBeyond is seeking a seasoned Director, Product Strategy & Operations to align module roadmaps, standardize product documentation, and drive a unified product narrative across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success. You will manage a Technical Writer team and partner with executive leadership to shape the company-wide product strategy.

You will lead governance, cadence, and execution oversight, ensuring timely releases and consistent KPI reporting while scrutinizing

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of product management experience coordinating priorities across multiple product lines.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise software, and cloud technologies.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with influence without direct authority.
Knowledge of agile development, DevOps, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and reconcile roadmaps across module Product Manager/VPs and ensure a coherent product narrative.
Establish documentation templates, release management processes, and product workflows across modules.
Direct the Technical Writer's output to keep documentation current and standardized.
Run cross-module planning cadences to keep teams synchronized.
Define a KPI and reporting framework for cross-module product performance.
Review product costing and ROI justification across modules.
