You will drive strategic sourcing, governance, and procurement excellence across a complex stakeholder network while leading a high-performing team.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of procurement experience with substantial leadership in large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement governance, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience leading procurement transformation, process re-engineering and change management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of public-sector, statutory body, regulated, or governance-focused procurement environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build cross-functional partnerships.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese would be beneficial.

• Lead and develop the organisation's procurement strategy to support long-term objectives.
• Drive best-in-class procurement practices across sourcing, tender management, category management, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
• Establish and maintain robust procurement governance, policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Provide commercial leadership and strategic advice to senior stakeholders on procurement matters.
• Lead procurement transformation initiatives, including process optimisation, digitalisation, and system enhancements.
• Manage complex tender exercises and commercial negotiations to ensure value-for-money outcomes.
• Develop supplier performance and risk management programmes to drive continuous improvement.
• Utilise procurement analytics and market intelligence to support decision-making.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing procurement team.
• Promote sustainable procurement practices and ESG objectives.
