Qualifications

Master's degree or above.
Finance, Accounting or related discipline is an advantage.
2 years' or above experience in state-owned enterprises is desirable.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written Chinese and English skills; fluent Mandarin and English are preferred

Responsibilities

Participate in formulating the Company's medium- and long-term strategic plan, break down strategic objectives and develop annual business plans.
Establish mechanisms for tracking and supervising strategy execution; conduct regular reviews, prepare analysis reports and provide improvement recommendations.
Participate in formulating performance appraisal schemes; design assessment indicators, targets and scoring standards.
Assign appraisal targets, track progress and verify scores; prepare appraisal result reports and promote utilization of results.
Participate in system development and process optimization of the Department.
Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by leadership
