Qualifications

• Master's degree or above.
• Finance, Accounting or related discipline is an advantage.
• 2 years' or above experience in state-owned enterprises is desirable.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written Chinese and English skills; fluent Mandarin and English are preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in formulating the Company's medium- and long-term strategic plan, break down strategic objectives and develop annual business plans.
• Establish mechanisms for tracking and supervising strategy execution; conduct regular reviews, prepare analysis reports and provide improvement recommendations.
• Participate in formulating performance appraisal schemes; design assessment indicators, targets and scoring standards.
• Assign appraisal targets, track progress and verify scores; prepare appraisal result reports and promote utilization of results.
• Participate in system development and process optimization of the Department.
• Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by leadership

Participate in system development and process optimization of the Department

Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by leadership

Master's degree or above.
