Zusammenfassung

BOC Group Life Assurance Company Ltd in Hong Kong is looking for an experienced risk professional to assess and monitor the company’s overall investment risk, and to perform independent risk assessments on new investment initiatives, plans and projects.

You will monitor risk policy implementation, strengthen governance and internal controls, and facilitate regular risk reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• University graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in market risk/investment risk/credit risk management or related disciplines.
• Solid knowledge of investment products including fixed income, equity & funds, alternative investment, mutual fund, derivatives and structured products.
• Proficient in Excel and Bloomberg; CFA/CAIA/FRM qualifications are a definite advantage.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Candidates with insurance background will be a definite asset.

Aufgaben

• Assess and monitor the overall investment risk of the company.
• Perform independent risk assessment on new investment initiatives, investment plan, and projects from investment risk perspective.
• Monitor the implementation of risk related policies and relevant control.
• Strengthen the investment risk management governance framework and internal control.
• Facilitate regular risk reporting submission to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other ad-hoc requests.
