EMPLOYEES RETRAINING BOARD (ERB) in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Manager (Industry Engagement) to lead development and execution of industry engagement strategies for skills-based training.

The role builds networks with employers, trade associations, government bodies and other stakeholders, translating insights into training priorities and programme design. Strong leadership and bilingual communication are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree required; at least 5 years in senior management.
• Experience in industry engagement, stakeholder partnership and public policy is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• To develop and implement industry engagement strategies to support UHK's skills-based training development.
• To build networks and maintain cooperation with employers, trade associations, professional bodies, labour unions, government bureaux and departments, training bodies and other stakeholders.
• To coordinate industry consultative networks and collect market intelligence on skills gaps, future skills needs and training priorities.
• To translate industry insights into inputs for skills framework development, course planning and programme prioritisation.
