Job summary

CHANEL seeks an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead the HKMO sourcing for OPEX and CAPEX, directing RFX processes, market benchmarking, and data-driven negotiations to protect brand standards.

You will act as a trusted SME across Business Units, guiding internal stakeholders on procurement processes and elevating the overall experience. The role emphasizes supplier risk governance, system adoption (Coupa), and sustainable procurement in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of procurement or managerial experience in MNCs, with strong strategic sourcing and negotiation records.
• Hands-on end-to-end S2P knowledge and experience with e-procurement tools (Coupa, SAP, Ariba).
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field; CIPS is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and vendor risk management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and fluent English and Chinese communication.

Responsibilities

• Own indirect spend categories (OPEX and CAPEX) and drive RFX, benchmarking, and data-driven negotiations to deliver value.
• Partner with Business Units; guide procurement processes and align with business goals.
• Develop and manage local supplier partnerships; lead risk monitoring and due diligence efforts.
