Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd. seeks an FP&A Analyst for a dynamic FMCG environment in Hong Kong. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, delivering monthly reports and dashboards.

You will partner with commercial teams to provide actionable financial insights and monitor KPIs across APAC markets. The ideal candidate has 4+ years FP&A experience, advanced Excel, and familiarity with SAP/Power BI/Hyperion, with fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplines.
Over 4 years of FP&A experience in Retail, Consumer Products, Luxury, FMCG, or multinational company.
Strong analytical and business partnering skills.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, Power BI, Hyperion, or similar systems is an advantage.
Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis, and performance dashboards.
Partner with commercial and retail teams to provide financial insights and business recommendations.
Monitor key business drivers, sales trends, profitability, and operational KPIs.
Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities to improve business performance.
Support regional management with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects.
Assist in business planning and decision-making across APAC markets.
