Job summary

Fortune Ark Restructuring Limited in Hong Kong is seeking two Financial Analysts to assist on debtor-side restructurings, M&A, capital advisory solutions and forensic accounting. You will analyze financial data, build models, monitor performance, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.

The role requires Excel expertise, Cantonese and English language skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel; proficient in PowerPoint and report writing.
• English, Cantonese and maybe Mandarin.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Financial Data Analysis: collect, interpret, and analyse complex datasets to identify trends.
• Variance Analysis: examine deviations between actual and forecasted results and report findings.
• Business Performance Monitoring: track KPIs and highlight concerns or opportunities.
• Financial Modeling: develop and update models to support planning and analyses.
• Stakeholder Communication: present financial information to senior management and partners.
• Process Improvement: recommend and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
