Job summary

Lenovo Group Limited is seeking a Finance Project Manager to provide strategic support to the Group Controller leadership and to drive cross‑functional finance initiatives across the organization. The role blends project execution, stakeholder coordination and executive communication to accelerate strategic priorities.

You will establish clear project plans, coordinate delivery, prepare executive briefings and identify improvements to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in finance management, finance business partnering, finance project management, consulting, strategic advisory or a finance chief-of-staff role within a sizable multinational company.
• Strong finance expertise in FP&A, expense management, M&A or finance consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects through successful completion.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support and counsel to the Group Controller leadership team, aligning priorities with organizational goals.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives within Group Controller and the broader Finance organization.
• Establish clear project plans, coordinate execution and track progress through completion.
• Facilitate communication across Group Controller and key stakeholders.
• Act as central contact for assigned cross-functional finance initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
• Implement approved improvements to complete the intended outcomes.
