Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of accounting/finance experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role, with strong HK/ Mainland China regulatory knowledge and ERP experience.

Qualifikationen

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CICPA, or equivalent.
• 10 years of accounting/finance experience, with >=4 years in management.
• Listed PRC real estate/development exposure preferred.
• Strong HK/ Mainland China accounting, taxation, and regulatory knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Lead financial planning and analysis; oversee management and statutory reporting.
• Manage financial operations of development and investment projects with timely reporting and cost control.
• Partner with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.
• Identify and mitigate financial and project risks; implement corrective actions where needed.
• Oversee audit, tax compliance, and statutory reporting in HK and Mainland China.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, lawyers, investors, and regulators.
• Lead and develop the finance team and coordinate cross-functional workflows.
