Job summary

Cemcoa Limited is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, month-end and year-end closures, and consolidation across trading entities in Hong Kong. You will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for management, providing detailed commentary on performance and working capital.

The role requires a CPA/ACCA/CIMA and at least 8 years of related experience, including audit exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance with a recognized professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Minimum 8 years of related accounting experience including audits.
• Consolidation, latest accounting standards and tax reporting knowledge.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and ERP systems; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and month-/year-end closing.
• Monitor AR/AP and prepayments; ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Support statutory audits and transfer pricing matters.
• Drive process improvements and system implementation projects.
