Job summary

DiVino Group is seeking an experienced Events Sales Manager to coordinate media and corporate events, drive new business opportunities, and manage all aspects of event delivery in Hong Kong from proposal to post-event evaluation.

You will balance budgets, negotiate with clients, and collaborate with marketing and restaurant operations to ensure events are delivered on target and within budget, while delivering exceptional guest experiences across our Italian restaurants.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' catering experience.
• Experience in events coordination and business development.
• Experience in performance based event marketing.
• Able to manage/balance events budgets and deliver results.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate media and corporate events to maximize the Company's public exposure.
• Research, identify, pitch and develop new business opportunities for events (private and corporate).
• Negotiate financial arrangements with clients.
• Develop and execute detailed event proposals including timelines, vendors, and staffing.
• Work with marketing and restaurant operations to deliver events on target and within budget.
• Post-event evaluations and detailed reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify business opportunities and enhance sales on events and catering.
• Respond to catering/events inquiries and conduct site inspections with clients.
