Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecoms, and Technology sectors.
• Experience in top-tier strategy consulting or strategic in-house roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to take initiative and learn new skills quickly.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on-time delivery and goals.
• Oversee project modules, develop hypotheses, collect data, and surface insights.
• Build executive client relationships and present to diverse audiences.
• Guide clients across commercial processes and act as trusted advisors.
• Develop junior staff and support project execution with strong planning.
