Job summary

Oliver Wyman, a Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) business, seeks a Business Impact Manager to support the APR BIT in driving practice management and commercial effectiveness across Banking & Financial Services, Insurance and Asset Management. You will partner with Practice Leaders, coordinates with Finance, KM and Talent Analytics, and help implement regional/global process improvements.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement and team leadership, with responsibilities spanning PMO

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services firm.
• Strong stakeholder management, strategic project management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Practice Leaders in executing day-to-day practice activities and coordinate with Partners, staff and support functions.
• Drive and coordinate execution of regional and global best practices and processes across the APR BIT.
• Assist in client development, market analysis and managing investments/budgets in collaboration with Finance, KM and Talent Analytics.
• Own preparation of materials for regional and global meetings and events, and ensure timely follow-up of actions.
