Job summary

ALL-STAR AGENCY is seeking an Associate - Corporate Banking to work with the Team Head and Senior Relationship Managers to grow the client base and deliver tailored banking solutions to large corporate clients in Hong Kong.

You will support relationship management, prepare credit applications, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance while coordinating with internal teams to execute transactions smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with corporate banking products, including lending and cash management.
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
• CFA, FRM, or CPA qualifications are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support relationship management and business development for a portfolio of large corporate clients.
• Act as a trusted point of contact, helping to strengthen client relationships.
• Prepare credit applications, conduct in-depth financial and credit analysis, and monitor portfolio performance.
• Assist with loan documentation, facility implementation, and credit administration.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and credit guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute transactions smoothly and efficiently.
• Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to support the team.
