Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support transformation projects with a focus on Finance and Compliance systems. You will work with local and group teams to define the target operating model, gather requirements, design functionality, and assist testing and deployment.

The ideal candidate has a tertiary qualification, BA certification, at least 5 years in banking, and strong data/system analysis skills.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Finance or CS or related discipline.
Business Analyst certification or relevant certifications (e.g. ECF) is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years as a BA within banking or financial institutions.
Proficient in data and system analysis and transformation techniques.
Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, and customer journey mapping.
Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Analyze and translate business objectives into actionable solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to gather and validate requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and internal IT for system modernization and integration.
Perform data analysis, define data quality metrics, and establish transformation logic.
Support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and provide implementation assistance.
