Job summary

HR Plus is seeking a Business Development Manager to promote wastewater management products to existing and new clients in Hong Kong. You will engage government agencies, developers, architects, and contractors, delivering technical presentations and coordinating with engineers to ensure viable product output.

The role requires a degree in a related discipline, sales experience in building materials or projects, and bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese. CAD knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any related discipline.
• Experience in building materials and project sales is preferable.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets/budget set by the company.
• Liaise with existing clients to find and secure new business prospects.
• Organise sales visits and deliver technical presentations to explain products/services.
• Translate customer requirements to engineers for product design and viability assessment.
• Provide pre-sales support including tenders, proposals, quotations, and samples follow-up.
• Place purchase orders to match client contracts and track delivery.
• Prepare monthly forecast reports and suggest improvements.
